Chia Pudding: Raw + Free

“Chia seeds are a fantastic source of calcium, fibre, protein and omega-3 fatty acids. This beautiful antioxidant pudding is a really simple recipe that can be made the night before eating; it makes a great up-and-go brekkie or wholesome snack idea, and is amazing served with fresh seasonal berries, granola and a dollop of almond butter.”

Ingredients

1½ cups frozen mixed berries
1½ cups frozen raspberries
2 cups plant milk of
your choice
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
or paste
½ cup chia seeds

To serve (optional)
fresh mixed berries
granola
coconut flakes

Method

Place all the ingredients in a large jar (or bowl). Secure the lid and shake well to combine. Leave for 5–10 minutes, then shake or stir again, ensuring the ingredients are well combined.

Place in the fridge to set overnight, or for at least 2 hours.

Serve alone or topped with berries, granola and coconut flakes.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
